A self-professed AI aficionado, leveraging his skills to create a proprietary methodology involving the development of cultural change in education using, AI Ethics and AI Policy as effective tools to develop successful academic outcomes for K-12 & Higher Education.  

David is based out of Tampa Bay, FL (Clearwater) and is available for a variety of professional engagements.

His Instructional Design experience spans K-12, Higher Education, Corporate Training, and Prison Education Programs. 

Graduating with BA in Political Science and a graduate certificate (HON) from Indiana University's, Kelley School of Business.  Additionally holding a MS. Ed. degree in Instructional Design and Technology for Adults from Purdue University.

At the heart of Andrew's expertise is his ability to leverage his liberal arts education to develop a wide range of courses and concepts, including the comprehensive AI Ethics courses at EduPolicy.ai.  

His broad-based instructional design training allows him to craft courses that are not only informative, but also engaging and accessible to a wide range of audiences, from academic circles to corporate online training.  

Andrew’s professional journey includes significant achievements such as the development of the award winning: "Econo Mart Economics Video Game", which showcased his skill in integrating interactive learning tools with traditional educational content. Working with Certell LLC and Huntington Junior College for almost 10 years, Andrew's specialization lies in his commitment to using educational technology to enhance learning outcomes and streamline course delivery.

Andrew currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana and is a fervent Indy 500, Indianapolis Colts fan, and a dedicated music enthusiast,
